First, write numbers 1,3,5,7,9

Then take first digit of this series which is 1 and write this series again with 1 at tens place 11,13,15,17,19

After this take second digit of original series which is 3 and rewrite with 3 at tens place, 31,33,35,37,39

After this, take 5

51 , 53, 55 ...

answer is 51

1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19-31 DIFFERENCE IS 12 THEN 31,33,35,37,39+12=51

Odd numbers 1,3,5,7,9. Then odd number 1 is placed in front of the odd number sequence 1,3,5,7,9. Then the odd number 3 is placed in front of the odd number sequence 1,3,5,7,9. And finally the odd number 5 will be placed in front of the odd number sequence 1,3,5,7,9.
