A penguin has 2 feet, so the number of legs of 2 penguins is 4.
A hen has 2 feet, so the number of legs of 3 hens is 6.
A human has 2 feet, so the number of legs of 1 human is 2.
A bull has 4 feet, so the number of legs of 4 bulls is 16.
An ostrich has 2 feet, so the number of legs of 50 ostriches is 100.
The total number of legs is 4 + 6 + 2 + 16 + 100 = 128.
Note: In the above computations, I assumed that all the animals and 1 human are normal.
