Logic Level 2

Some cars are waiting on a traffic light. My car is the 15. Between my car and George's (my friend) car there are 3 cars. Behind the 17 car there are 18 cars. How many cars are between the second and the last car ?

The answer is 32.

To find how many cars are waiting on the traffic light you have to add 18 to 17 that equals 35 cars waiting on the traffic light. Then to find how many cars are between the second and the last car(35) to be easier to understand write the numbers from 1 to 35:
