Traffic signal

At an intersection, there is a traffic signal with $90$ seconds of green light, $5$ seconds of yellow light and $65$ seconds of red light. Bob has to cross this signal when he drives from his home to office. At each signal, there is a counter display that tells him how long it will be before the current signal light changes. Bob goes to this intersection, if he get green light, he can pass; and he must stop before stop line in the remaing cases.
