A quarter circle is drawn with C C as the center and A C AC as the radius. This quarter circle intesects with B C BC in D D . If the area of trapezoid A B F C ABFC is 224 cm 2 224 \space \text{cm}^{2} , find the total area of the red and orange region (in cm 2 \text{cm}^{2} ).
