First I will prove that Black cannot mate in 1. The only checks for Black are Qa7+, Re2+, Qe2+, Rf1+, Qe3+, and Qc5+, none of which are mate. So the quickest possible mate is a mate in 2. This can be done in two ways: 1... Qe2+ 2.Qxe2 R8xe2#, or 1... Qa7+ 2.Re3 Qxe3#.

Note :Actually there are three ways, the third is 1... Rf1+ 2.Kxf1 Qe1#

A good problem!

It took me a while, but at least I finally saw the third way to mate in 2 moves: 1...Rf1+ 2. Kxf1 Qe1#.
