There is a triangle ABC with expansion of side A,B,C as AF,BD,CE respectively.....
EC bisect AF , BD bisect CE , AF bisect BD. the area of triangle so formed i.e triangleDEF is 25 cm square. find the area of triangle ABC.

ar(FED)=(1/2)FE FD=25,......Implies-FE FD=50cm^2. Therefore ar(AFD)=(1/2)AF BF=(1/2) 2FE FD=(1/2) 2*50=50cm^2 Similarly ar(BDC)=ar(AEC)=50cm^2 ar(ABC)=ar(FED)+ar(AFD)+ar(BDC)+ar(AEC)=50+50+50+25=175
