triangle and cube problem

The volume of a cube is thrice the area of an isosceles triangle. The two sides of the triangle are 5 cm and 2 cm. Find the longest pole which can exactly fit in that cube. (take the square root of 2 as 1.4 )


The answer is 25.2.
