In $\triangle ABC$ , the bisector of $\angle A$ is $AD = 12$ where point $D$ is on $BC$ , and the bisector of $\angle B$ is $BE = 8$ , where point $E$ is on $AC$ , and the bisector of $\angle C$ is $CF = 6$ , where point $F$ is on $AB$ . Find the perimeter of $\triangle ABC$ .
