If we double a triangular number, we can turn it into a rectangle.

How tall is the rectangle made from the 6 t h 6^{th} triangular number? (It will have a width of 6.)

Note that the height is one more than the width. Thus, the answer is 6 + 1 = 7 6+1=\boxed{7} .

In this pattern we see that the height of the rectangle is 1 1 more than the width.

So, the height of the 6 t h 6^{th} rectangle will be: 6 + 1 = 7 6 + 1 = \boxed{7}

If you analyse the pattern , the length of the rectangle is one more than the width
Hence , the length of the 6th triangle will be 6 + 1 = 7

formula for triangular number is n(n+1)/2. so formula for rectangular number is n(n+1). here n is the width of the rectangle/triangle . so for the 6th rectangle,, (width) n=6 and height n+1=7

In this pattern the height of the rectangle is 1 more than its width. It is given that the rectangle made from the 6th triangular number will have a width of 6. Hence its height will be 6+1=7
