Since violet has a shorter wavelength than red, it will be bent more during refraction, making it more likely to be internally reflected.

It is because the violet ray of light has the least wavelength which on striking the surface at an angle greater than the critical angle makes it to refract internally. Hope this answer helped you to solve such an easy and lame problem that i have ever seen in my life
