Simple! They are the numbers of the months in a year

so, there are 7 months of 31 days 4 of 30 days and 1 of 28 days!!!!!

If we don't know the trick that was mentioned by the author of this problem, the only way to solve this is by trial and error or the guess and check method. And that's what I did.
