Tricky Problem

A particle is moving along x x -axis whose acceleration is given by a = 3 x 4 a=3x-4 , where x x is the position of the particle.At t = 0 t=0 the particle is at rest at x = 4 3 x=\dfrac43 .The distance covered by the particle in 5 s 5\text{ s} is:

2 m 2\text{ m} 6 m 6\text{ m} 4 m 4\text{ m} 0 m 0\text{ m}

According to the question at t=0,the particle is at rest that means the velocity of the particle is 0 and according to the question at t=0,x=4/3.Put the value in the given equation and then you will find the acceleration =0. That means the particle has velocity,v=0 and acceleration,a=0.So,the particle is always at rest.So the distance covered by the particle by 5s is 0m.
