ABC is a triangle in which P and Q are the midpoints of AC and AB. Taking the base PQ, another triangle PQR is drawn cutting BC at G and H by the sides PR and PQ. Also PG = GR and HQ = HR. What is the ratio of area of triangle PQR to the area of triangle ABC ?
