Canceling, we have C X = 100 10 \frac {C}{X} = \frac {100}{10} , in Roman Numerals. So 10 \boxed {10} .

Cancel the D, B and Es we get C X = 10 \frac{C}{X} = \boxed{10} , if we interpret them as roman numerals. :)
