For each of the possible outcomes add the numbers on the two dice and count how many times this sum is 7. If you do so you will find that the sum is 7 for 6 of the possible outcomes. Thus the sum is a 7 in 6 of the 36 outcomes and hence the probability of rolling a 7 is 6/36 = 1/6.

Notice that 'Most Likely Outcome' is different from 'Most Likely Sum/Number'

If the question was written as 'Most Likely Sum/Number', then the question would be True, as rolling a 7 with 2 dices is a 1/6 probability, which is higher than any other possible sum/number.

But, the question was written as 'Most Likely Outcome'. If you were considering 7, then the chances of not rolling a 7 with 2 dices is a 5/6 probability. There are only 2 outcomes that is directed to the True or False Question. It's either rolling a 7, or not rolling a 7. As the outcome of not rolling a 7 is higher than the outcome of rolling a 7, the True or False Question is False.

Notr: I have realised that for most of you guys, you only focused on the 'Most Likely' part, but have forgotten about the 'Outcome'. I think that's what made you get the wrong answer. I don't see why this problem is difficult at all.

Those who got the problem wrong should be thinking more logically in the future.

You must write problems more clear that's all. And not use word guys, I am not a guy, this is sexist word.
