Type of triangle-1??

Geometry Level 4

If in any triangle r = r 1 r 2 r 3 r=r_{1}-r_{2}-r_{3} then the triangle is

where,

r r is radius of incircle and r 1 , r 2 , r 3 r_{1},r_{2},r_{3} are radii of ex-circle of Δ \Delta A B C ABC

r 1 r_{1} is radius of ex circle of vertex A A . r 2 r_{2} of vertex B B and r 3 r_{3} of vertex C C

Use the standard formula for r,r1 etc and put into the given expression, simplying which with further lead to tan(A/2)=1 which implies the triangle is right angled at A
