Obviously, if it is a “motion” position changes. Velocity is always tangent to the circumference in the considered point, so its magnitude is constant, but its direction always changes. Acceleration is always directed towards the center, so it’s magnitude is constant but it’s direction always changes (and it's always perpendicular to the velocity). Because of vectors are made of magnitude AND direction, none of them is constant.
