I solved it using a simple python program but I was curious to see if there was a clever way to do it by hand.

As for the general problem "How many distinct numbers are the result of multiplying two positive numbers less than x x ?", my (very) rough calculations show that the answer seems to be something like x 1.96 π \dfrac{x^{1.96}}{\pi} (the denominator was close to 3.1 so I figured it must be pi lmao).
