120 x \sqrt{120 - \sqrt{x}} will be an integer if
120 x { 0 , 1 , 4 , 9 , 16 , 25 , 36 , 49 , 64 , 81 , 100 } 120 - \sqrt{x} \in \{ 0,1,4,9,16,25,36,49,64,81,100\}

Hence, 11 possible solutions.

Moderator note:

Great explanation. There is no need to figure out the exact value of x x .

If x will be 0 then √120 is not an integer.

i think answer should be 10 cause 0 is not integer

0 is an integer. it is not a positive one.

Integers include all negative numbers, all positive (natural) numbers, and 0.
