Barry accused Sandy who claimed to be innocent. They were saying two totally opposing things, so one must have been truthful while the other lied. Since only one of their statements is true, by either Barry or Sandy, then Terry was definitely lying. Terry must be the robber since he cannot be innocent as he claimed to be.
