On a table there are two piles of coins, the left one with 7 and 10 on the right. To collect the coins, Ursula always follows one of the following rules:
- Take 3 coins left stack.
- Take 2 coins right stack.
- Take 1 coin from each stack.
What is the least amount of moves to be performed by Ursula to collect all the coins on the table?
