That's right! It's not that something amazing happens when people are 20, which the newspaper is trying to suggest.
20 doesn't come under "teen" group. The ones that come are thirteen, fourteen, fifteen , ...... , nineteen.
Why is it a combinatorics problem !?!?!? Quite funny though. It should be kept in Logic section.
