What does left right corner mean?

Since the door is not visible in this picture, the bus is moving in the left direction.

I beg to differ. If the door is on the other side the driver is on the near side and in the UK this would indicate that the bus is moving to the right. Right?

I agree. The door is next to the curb and the bus will be in the left lane, so it must be moving to the right. Here is a picture to prove it:

In the UK, the driver is on the right side of the car :) They also drive on the left lane. Hence, you seeing the no-door side means you're looking at a bus going left :)
