Use the arrenhius equation l n ( k 2 / k 1 ) = H ( 1 / T 1 1 / T 2 ) / R ln(k2/k1)=∆H(1/T1-1/T2)/R

Pretty Sure That's the Van't Hoff's relation Arrhenius equation deals with activation energies Not with the net heat content(enthalpy change at constant pressure) of the reaction
