Addition of vectors (triangle rule) follows that if two vectors (A and B) are joined from head (A) to tail (B), then their addition vector A+B would be the vector joining tail of A to head of B. ( direction from A tail to B head)

The given figure shows that vector but in opposite direction, hence it's false.
