Velocity in different cases

Level pending

A Boy standing on the top of the buliding throws a ball 1st vertically upwards with a certain velocity (u1).Then again d boy throws the ball vertically downwards with a velocity (u2).Finally in his third attempt he just drops d ball (u3=0) from d building top. If the final velocities in all the three cases are respectively 4, 9 and x, then what is the value of x?
