For some values of n , we have that n ! is:
0 ! = 1 1 ! = 1 2 ! = 2 3 ! = 6 …
So we can see that, if x = x ! , then x = 1 or 2 . But for x = 1 , x y = y , with ( y = 0 ) .
But for x = 2 , x y = 2 y , again with ( y = 0 ) .
So, the correct answer is x = 2 .
