Volume of a figure

Geometry Level 2

A geometric figure bounded by straight lines has vertexes at ( 0 , 0 , 0 ) , ( 0 , 0 , 1 ) , ( 0 , 1 , 0 ) , ( 2 , 0 , 0 ) , ( 0 , 1 , 1 ) , ( 2 , 0 , 1 ) , ( 2 , 1 , 0 ) (0, 0, 0),(0, 0, 1), (0, 1, 0), (2, 0, 0), (0, 1, 1), (2, 0, 1), (2, 1, 0) and ( 2 , 1 , 1 ) (2, 1, 1) .

What is its volume?

The answer is 2.000.

The figure is a 2 x 1 x 1 cuboid. Its volume is 2 * 1 * 1 = 2.

Moderator note:

Saying that it is a "geometric figure bounded by straight lines with vertices" doesn't uniquely make it the cuboid. For example, we could have "cross" joined the opposite vertices instead.
