Every gap is 0.5 0.5 hours.

Between the 4 tablets, there are 3 gaps, which is 1.5 1.5 hours.

First, you eat a tablet. 0hrs. Next you eat another tablet. 1/2 hrs. Next you eat one more tablet. 1hr. next, you eat the last tablet. 3/2 hrs.
