Brenda, a plump girl, exercises every day so as to lose weight. In the first month, she lost 1 kg. However, one day, she injured herself and so reduced the intensiveness of her exercise. She found that every month, her mass decreased by an amount 70% of the decrease in the previous month. If this continues, how many kilogrammes will Brenda lose eventually?

Use sum to infinity of a geometric series. Formula is 1 − r a where a is the initial term and r the common ratio. Here, a=1 and r=0.7.
