The first and third number come together and then remove the repeats.
Eg:-
For the first case, after removing repeated numbers from 4342 1762, we get the 4 digit no. 3176 (removing 4 and 2)
Second case, 7992 6683 gives 7283 (after removing 9 and 6)
Thus, for the answer, bring 7341 and 3251 together and remove the repeated numbers 3 and 1 to give 7425.
