Note that in each square formed by 4 squares, the number at the bottom right is the sum of the other 3 numbers.

We have:

So A = 66 + 147 + 147 = 360

Interesting, but more information needs to be given to begin with, perhaps just the value at ( 3 , 2 ) (3,2) . Or make the squares in bold not in bold. To use the values as you have above, I would recommend for them to be in the grid rather than as column and row headings.

Seeing as a fairly simple guesses could be: the value in ( a , b ) = a 2 + b 2 , a 2 + 1 , a 2 + b n (a,b) = a^2 + b^2, a^2 + 1, a^2 + b^n
