Let there be a quotient of two natural numbers in which the denominator is one less than the square of the numerator. If we add 2 to both numerator and denominator , the quotient will exceed 1/3. If we subtract 3 from the numerator as well as the denominator, the quotient will lie between 0 and 0.1 .If the quotient is p/q. What is p+q.
