The odd terms(17,26,35) increase by 9 each time, and the even terms(15,22,29) increase by 7 each time. So, the next WO terms must be 44 and 36 giving the answer 4436.

I will let the digit which is in the location, odd, be O n O _ { n } , and which is in the location, even, be E n E _ { n } .

The sequence is O n , E n , O n + 9 , E n + 7 , O _ { n }, E _ { n }, O _ { n } + 9, E _ { n } + 7, \cdots .

Hence, the answer is 35 + 9 , 29 + 7 44 , 36 4436 35 + 9, 29 + 7 \rightarrow 44, 36 \Rightarrow \boxed { 4436 } .
