Let n be the number of sons.
So total amount that Jim has = 50000 * n.
Let the new amount per child be equal to x. As he has an equal number of daughters , total number of children = 2n Therefore 2n * x = 50000 *n implies that x = 25,000.
So each child now gets USD 25,000.
