n (Cricket or Football)= n (Cricket)+n (Football)-n (Cricket and Football)= 20 + 30 − 10 = 40 20+30-10=40

n (Students)=n (Cricket or Football or Tennis)=n (Cricket or Football)+n (only Tennis)= 40 + 10 = 50 40+10=50

No.of students who love both cricket and football=10

No.of students who love only cricket=20-10=10

No.of students who love only football=30-10=20

No.of students who love only tennis=10

Total no.of students=10+10+20+10=50 (answer).
