Π \Pi is an irrational numbe r whereas 22 7 \frac{22}{7} is a rational number .

Integers are closed under multiplication. Which means that in 22 7 × a \frac { 22 }{ 7 }\times a , there doesn't a integral a a for which the expression is irrational. Hence LCM of π \pi and 22 7 \frac{22}{7} doesn't exist.

Moderator note:

Note that you should looking for integer a instead of rational.

Yes you are right. I have edited the answer.
