The man must be the father of the boy and surgeon must be the mother of the boy because she said "I cannot operate on this boy as he is my son".

i can be two persons son -my father and my mother.

as, first person was my father, there remains only my mother.

but what if the son with the nail was the son of the son so the son of the father who is the father of the son is the one carried in so the son is the father of the son
