The sun is bright during afternoon, but dimmer at mornings and evenings. Why?
Be cause of more clouds during mornings and evenigs
Sun is near at aftenoons, far at mornings & evenings
The sun light have to travel more of Earth's atmosphere during mornings & evenings
Because during mornings and evenings the atmosphere is more moistures

During mornings and evenings the angle made by the sun light to that of earth is small so it will pass threw lot of atmosphere, hence cooler. But during afternoons the suns rays make greater angle so it will pass threw less atmosphere hence hotter...
