This is a game inspired from Tic-tac-toe. But there are some changes:
The goal is to place six respective marks in a vertical or horizontal manner.
For every move, each player can place their symbol on an empty square or switch the position of a filled square with completed colored sides and an empty space with imcompleted colored sides of the same color.
Here are some more information about the squares and spaces with colored sides:
The players can't switch the position of the square and spaces unless the squares are filled.
The players can't place their symbol on the spaces.
The players can only switch the squares and spaces once for each color and that counts as a move.

If this combinatorial game is played optimally, who is going to win?
