The reason an object falls is because its center of mass has exceeded the edge of its base. Only shapes E and F's center of gravity has surpassed their base's edge

Toppling occurs when the normal reaction force from the ground and the object's weight produce torque in the direction of falling.

The way to check that in this problem is just draw normals to the ground from the ground-touching diagonal and the one opposite to it. If the normal from the groundtouching diagonal is the one on the left, then the block topples.
