I have two statements (A and B);
A: “The boiling point of water is 100 Celsius degrees”. B: “Water can boil at 75 Celsius degrees”.
Consider each statement as it is, which statement is NOT correct?

If you consider statement B as it is, it's true: water CAN boil at 75 Celsius degrees. If you consider statement A as it is; it's false: water doesn't ALWAYS boil at 100 Celsius degrees. Statement A should be: "The boiling point of water is 100 Celsius degrees at 1 atmosphere of pressure".
