4 people Benard, Burney, Brian and Bandy got together for drink at a CAFE. When the waiter brought drinks out, Benard went to the Toilet. In minutes, Benard came back and found that his glass was empty. He asked who took his drink but his friends want to make a joke so they answer:
Brian: Burney did it.
Burney: Brian is honest.
Bandy: There are two people of us tell the truth.
While Benard was thinking, a man yelled from the next table: "I know that Brian did not do it".
Q, Who drunk Benard's drink?
Note: The man had no reason to tell the lie.

Bandy cannot be truthful since all 3 would be truthful, therefore, what he says is a lie. This means that only one of them, if any, speak the truth. Now, if Brian is truthful, then Burney is truthful, but that's not possible. So Brian does not speak the truth. We know Brian didn't do it, and we now know Burney didn't do it, so only Bandy could have done it.
