It could be one of these situations :
1) Boy A & girl B being truthful while girl C & girl D being deceptive, or
2) Girl A & girl C being truthful while girl B & girl D being deceptive, or
3) Girl B & boy C being truthful while girl A & girl D being deceptive, or
4) Girl B & girl C being truthful while girl A & boy D being deceptive.
A says that the rest are all girls.
B says that one of the others is a boy.
C says that there's a liar between A & B.
D says that there are no liars among all of them.
C & D are telling 2 contradictory things, so one of them must be lying while the other being truthful, therefore it must be D who definitely lied with their too confident & too positive take on things.
Between the other 3, C accused one of the other two, so one of them must be lying somehow. If one of A or B lied, then C AND that other one must be telling the truth. If both A AND B are truthful, then it must be C who lied.
In conclusion, we have :
✓ a constant liar D
✓✓ a fixed girl B
✓✓✓ 2 truthful statements in any situation
