SIMPLE!! the N atom of NME3 will attack the C-atom and replace the Br atom thereafter the H2O/heat will hydrolyse the cyanide bond and form carboxylic acid whereas the NME3 will remain unaffected so two O atoms for acid group 'n one N-atom for amine portion .......so three atoms.
