Harry potter is faster than katie bell. 4. katie bell is faster than Miles fletchley but slower than ginny weasley. 5. harry potter is faster than marcus flint. 6. Draco Malfoy is faster than Marcus flint.

So, the order from fastest to slowest is 1. Harry 2. ginny 3. draco 4. marcus 5. katie 6. miles. Marcus is faster than miles, and ginny is faster than draco, who is faster than marcus. katie is faster than miles, but slower than marcus, which puts harry in the front, but albus said except harry potter, which means it's ginny.
