Who Killed Joe?

Joe was murdered in a house. You are a famous detective and narrowed it to five suspects.

The first one said I was watching TV. The second one said I was swimming. The third one said I was playing video games. The fourth one said I was doing nothing. The fifth one said that he was cleaning the windows.

The detective asks them to show their hands. Why?

So he could check if the fifth one was lying. So he could check if the third one was lying. So he could check if the first one was lying. So he could check if the fourth one was lying. So he could check if the second one was lying.

After swimming, your fingers will get wrinkled.

So if there are no wrinkles on the second suspect, that will mean he's lying.

Yes, and maybe it was the fifth person. After all he might be dipping his hands in water to clean the windows.

Well, the only reason why is because he could see if the person who claimed to be swimming was lying!

Hmmm... yeah I guess. But this problem was made around two years ago... so I don't know what my mind would have thought then haha :D
