5 2 \sqrt{5}^{2} = 5 is not a perfect square.

5 3 \sqrt{5}^{3} = 5 5 \sqrt{5} is not a perfect square.

5 4 \sqrt{5}^{4} = 5 2 5^{2} which is a perfect square.

5 \sqrt{5} is not a perfect square.

√5^4=√5 √5 √5*√5=5^2=25,

That is a perfect square.
