Who's talking?

The following people all lived in a fashionable metro suburb:

A doctor and his wife, 6 other young married couples, 3 female divorcees, 12 dashing bachelors, 10 young unmarried nurses from the nearby hospital and Andrew Fish.

In the course of a single month every member of the group had a conversation with every other member; with the following exceptions and additions:

• There were no conversations between the men. • No married man conversed with any married woman except his wife. • All of the bachelors conversed with all the unmarried girls (nurses) exactly twice. • The divorcees did not talk to each other. • Andrew Fish talked to no one.

Determine the total number of conversations amongst the members of the group during the month.
